Magic - Any suggestions?

I'm still planning to implement a magic system into Shadow Falls, and, like I've already said, I've got some ideas. However, I'm not sure about it, because I though about introducing magic powers in chapter 2 as a special ability that only Miro can use. Maybe it will become a new core of the story, too.

What do you think? Should Magic be accessible to every human in the game? Should there by wizards? What magic systems do you like the most?

I think it should something like a shop were Miro can buy "Magic" from Wizards or something like this and not every charakter in the game should able to do Magic.(I think there´s an Guild or something like this)

Hm... I originally thought of Bosses and Miro being able to use magic. I don't think buying magic would be good; instead, using magic will reduce your psychological points which can be restored with some items (like the Health).
But I'm wondering how Miro could obtain new spells. I originally thought that he could get spells after fighting to bosses, but this may be a little boring.

The guild is a good idea. Maybe Miro could find a secret guild of wizards that have the same (better) abilities than he...
